This package is designed for burgeoning, growing leaders with 0-3 years of management experience who are ready to quickly grow their leadership skills. This live, customized, interactive, 3 month program for new and aspirational managers moves you from lack of balance and education to feeling supported and in charge of your leadership career.
After three months, you will have met these main goals::
